: After three months of a harsh, daily regimen and cut-throat competition between the 12 inmates in the show Sitaron Ko Choona, Nilakshi, Yashraj and Shantanu are the top three finalists who will compete to win the coveted title! As the show inches closer to its finale, the judges have left open the decision to choose the best singer to the junta, who can now vote for their favourite contestant. The winner will be announced in the grand finale, which will be aired on June 26 at 9 pm on Real channel.

An NRI for Rakhi?
For this Gujarati NRI, Hindi is a bit of a glitch, but 30-year-old Elesh Parujanwala is all set to capture Rakhi’s heart. A strong competitor to win her affection, Elesh hails from Toronto, Canada. He has just left his flourishing family business in Canada to start a new venture in India, but we hear that loneliness got the better of him and he thought it was a good idea to seek a life partner. He loves Rakhi’s desi jhatkas and is totally gaga over her frank and honest nature. If things work out between him and Rakhi, he is willing to leave Canada for good and settle in the city of dreams with his lady love. A graduate from the acting academy in Toronto, Elesh loves movies, cars, arts, reading and dancing. Another contestant is 21-year-old Aman from Haryana, who apparently is the youngest of the 16 short-listed grooms who will battle to win Rakhi’s heart. This time the mother of this young lad took the step getting her son registered the moment she heard about Swayamvar. She adores Rakhi and believes that she can be her ideal bahu. Aman too is fida over the “item” song specialist and like an obedient momma’s boy agreed to her decision without a blink. Aman, who is currently handling his dads poultry farm business, is also simultaneously pursuing a private BA degree. Now, who among these guys wins over the drama queen’s heart is something we will have to wait and watch. Rakhi Ka Swayamvar will be aired on NDTV Imagine from June 29.

No more tears
Having overworked her tear glands for the serial Choti Bahu, Radhika ( Rubina Dilaik) is now hard-pressed to cry. Even glycerine isn’t helping anymore. The actress, director and the entire crew wait patiently for the tears for her crying sequences, but in vain. Seeing her plight, the director has, apparently, pleaded with the writers to avoid crying scenes! Let’s hope that reason is enough to make Radhika smile.
