Mumbai, October 7: : Post 'Aap Kaa Surroor', Himesh Reshammiya had signed just one film – ‘Karzzzz’. But during the making of ‘Karzzzz’, the musician turned singer turned actor signed no less than four films. Incidentally, all four films are slated for release next year, in 2009. Himesh is super-busy as an actor and how!

The year 2009 will begin with ‘Kajraare’ [Bhushan Kumar, Pooja Bhatt] in February, followed by ‘Mudh Mudh Ke Na Dekkh Mudh Mudh Ke’ [Ashtavinayak, Aditya Singh], ‘Hhey Gujju’ [Studio 18, Satish Kaushik] and ‘A New Love Ishtory’ [Bhushan Kumar, John Mathew Mathan].

"It was meant to be that way," Himesh reveals his game plan, "Post ‘Karzzzz’, it was decided I would have multiple releases in one year. Also, I get to portray a wide variety of roles in each of these films." There's a film with Prashant Chadha in the pipeline [he directed ‘Aap Kaa Surroor’]. "He has readied two scripts. We should finalize one in due course," Himesh says.

But, right now, Himesh awaits the response to ‘Karzzzz’. "October 17 is the judgement day. I am keen to know how the audience reacts to the film. As an actor, I have given my best shot, but the ultimate judge is the common man," he states.
