A sweet romance which suddenly turns serious is what Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai is all about. Salman Khan plays a happy-go-lucky, rich brat who spends his time in London in the pursuit of life, liberty and women. Studying can go take a hike as far as he is concerned. More concerned than anyone else is grandpa (Anupam Kher) who, back in India, tries to keep tabs on his orphan grandson’s activities by deputing Johnny Lever to be Salman’s companion.
