AWARDS CEREMONY
Spymate soon in India

Posted online: Friday, October 28, 2005 at 0000 hours IST

Minkey, a chimpanzee and his partner Mike were two of the best known spies in the business. When it came to top-secret missions these Spymates never considered any mission impossible.

But when Mike’s wife passed away he had to leave the dangerous world of espionage behind in order to raise his baby girl, Anelia. Reluctantly, Mike and Minkey went their separate ways:Minkey to a new career in the circus and Mike to a boring life as an insurance salesman.

Ten years pass and Amelia is now twelve years old. Like her father, she has a passion for science and will soon be honoured with the prestigious National Scientific Achievement Award for a revolutionary chemical drill that she invented. The presenter will be none other than her greatest hero, Dr Farley.

The evening of the awards ceremony quickly turns from the greatest night of Amelia’s life into her worst nightmare when Dr Farley kidnaps her and whisks her off to Japan. Unbeknownst to the scientific community, he’s proceeded with building a full-scale version of her drill. He’s planning to use it to unleash the worlds’ most powerful energy source at the earth’s core. It’s a highly dangerous experiment that could cause a massive earthquake and destroy the whole world.

For one last time, Mike and Minkey must partner up for their most important mission ever:to save Amelia and the world from the evil of Dr Farley.
