Director Rajkumar Santoshi recorded the first song for producer Keshu Ramsay & AB Corp Ltd’s Family (Ties of Blood) at Show Biz under supervision of music director Ram Sampat. It has lyrics by Sameer and was sung by Sona Mohatre. The fourth schedule of twenty days is in progress at Filmalaya Studios where the complete starcast comprising Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Bhoomika, Bhavana, Shernaz Patel introducing Aryamen and Koel Mallick with Gulshan Grover, Ashok Samarth, Vivek Madan, Arjun Raj Nirula, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Sunil Grover, Sanjay Singh and Kader Khan participated. The film is being directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and Shridhar Raghavan, co-screenplay writer Rajat Aroraa, dialogue by Rajkumar Santoshi and Tigmanshu Dhulia, art by Nitish Roy, cinematography by Ashok Mehta and audiography by Kiran Ramsay. It is a AB Corp Ltd & DMS Films (P) Ltd presentation.

Mohabbat Ho Gayi Hai Tumse
The first copy of producer Satish Khanna’s Mohabbat Ho Gayi Hai Tumse, being made under the banner of Satish Khanna Productions, was out on March 4 at Ramnord Lab. The film features Sanjay Dutt in a very special appearance. The film stars Chandrachur Singh, Shamita Shetty, Tinnu Anand, Anju Mahendroo, Rajeev Verma, Rekha Rao, Dinesh Lamba, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Alok Nath and Puru Raaj Kumar. The film is written and directed by debutante Rishi Talwar and has story by S Farhan, cinematography by Anil Sehgal, art by Leeladhar Sawant, action by Mohan Baggad, editing by Sanjay Verma, lyrics by Sameer and Nissar and music by Sanjeev Darshan. Suresh Bafna and Unistar Multimedia present the film. The film is being scheduled for April 29 release all over.

Khaffa
Starriders maiden film Khaffa produced by Mrs Hema Handa, one of the owners of Velocitycvwas launched recently. The production house has three films in pipeline. Producer Vashu Bhagnani gave the muhurat clap. Director Devang Dholakia direct a scene, which was enacted by the entire cast. Preeti Jhangyani, Perizaad Zorabian, Asmit Patel, Sachin Khedekar, David Dhawan and many more Bollywood diginatries graced the occasion. Jimmy Shergill, Hrishita Bhatt, Rahul Handa, Kim Sharma, Rajat Kapur and Kabir Sadanand are in the cast. It has music by Daboo Malik.

Waqt - The Race Against Time
Producer-director Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s Waqt - The Race Against Time which was supposed to release on April 15 has been postponed by a week to April 22 due to the two one day International being played between India and Pakistan that week. The film starring Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani, Rajpal Yadav and Shefali Shah is being made under the banner of Block Buster Movie Entertainers Production and is being presented by Entertainment One and Eros International. This film is being written by Aatish Kapadia and has music by Anu Malik, cinematography by Santosh Thundiyil, art by Omung Kumar, action by Abbas Ali Mugul, editing by Shirish Kunder and choreography by Remo.

UNS
The second nine-day shooting schedule for Buneesha Film’s maiden venture UNS commenced from March 6 2005. Sushant Singh, Rituparna Sengupta, Juhi Babbar and Suddanshu Pande are participating in this schedule at Tata Bungalow, MET in Bandra and Hotel Citizen in Juhu. In this schedule some portion of songs and scenes would be canned. Bhupendra Gupta is the writer-director and the film also has Raj Babbar in the cast. The films music albm has 7 songs penned by Shaan Iqbal and tuned by Sujit Shetty. The music arranger is Bhavdeep Jaipurwala who will also score the background music. Editing by Ravinder Gautam and art by Madhubhai are the other credits. This will be the first Hindi film to be made with the use of a storyboard format to be used with the Frame Forge 3D format.

Ziaa...
Shree Siddhivinayak Movie World celebrated the muhurat of their film Ziaa... The Beauty of the Nature recently. This film is motivated with firm commitment to help tsunami affected people.It was held on Filmistan Studios, March 3. Produced by JP Namdhari, it is co-produced by Rajdube - TK Agarwal. Directed by Gautam Kumar, it has story by written by Salim Raza, cinematographer Ishwar Bidari and music by Preetam.

Kisse Pyaar Karoon
Producer Bala Kumar and director Ajay Chandok’s Kisse Pyaar Karoon made under the banner of Sidhesh Films Pvt Ltd is 90 per cent complete. The whole talkie portion of the film was completed in 23 days. Three songs are left for picturisation which will be shot soon in Dubai or Malaysia. Arshad Warsi, Ashish Chaudhary, Yash Tonk, Udita Goswami, Aarti Chhabria, Shweta Menon, Shakti Kapoor and Ashish Vidyarthi are in the cast. In the main credits the film has music by Daboo Malik, cinematography by Najeeb Khan, screenplay by Yunus Sajawal, lyrics by Praveen Bharadwaj, art by Sunil Jaiswal and action by Raam Shetty.

Dhadkanein
Editing of producer Manisha’s and Saptami Enterprises’ Dhadkanein will be completed on March 9 and the entire post-production work of the film will conclude on March 30. Presented by Manu Surti and directed by Imran Khalid, the film has Atin Bhalla, Preeti, Harsh Chhaya, Gajendra Chauhan, Yashpal Sharma, Tej Sapru and Kader Khan along with Munait Khan in an item-number. Story by Khalid-Majid, dialogue by Nisaar Akhtar, lyrics by Farhad, music by Anand-Milind, cinematography by Lenin Xavier, editing by Sundar, choreography by Ricky Gupta and action by Aslam are the other credits.
