She isn't a Mumbaiite. It was the Femina look of the Year contest that brought Neelam Singh to the tinsel town from Agra in 1995. One of the finalists, she landed a few modelling assignments like Konika, Sterling Resorts (goa) and kAla Niketan sarees.
