On The Sets

Nuvvu Naaku NachavuFor Venkatesh ‘themetically’ Nuvvu Naaku Nachavu is quite similar to his earlier blockbuster Kalisundam Raa. While he sacrifices his love for the unity of joint family in that film, in his latest release he is reluctant to disclose his love unwilling to spoil his father’s friendship with the girl’s father. However it is a clean wholesome entertainer with writer Trivikram having audience in splits on many occasions. Mumbai girl Aarti Agarwal is not upto the mark and director Vijayabhaskar strictly adheres to the script.

Farmer Chandramohan sends his son (Venkatesh) to his friend’s (Prakash Raj) place for a job and Venky starts staying in his out-house. Meanwhile Aarti Agarwal, daughter of Prakash Raj, is engaged to an NRI. With his pranks Venky wins the love of all the family members including Aarti Agarwal. After quarreling initially, she discloses her love for him but he doesn’t reciprocate despite loving her unwilling to spoil his father’s friendship with Prakash Raj. Finally Prakash Raj comes to know of his magnanimity and gets them married after few tense-filled moments.

Forcible marriages are to be condemned but an engagement with her consent is logical but filmmakers are justifying love after getting engaged. "Love can happen anytime," claims one of the characters questioning all the traditions made to establish moral values among human beings.
