MUJHE KUCCH KEHNA HAI
Jeetendra,Tusshar with Kareena Kapoor
Of family and friends Yesteryear’s Jumping Jack Jeetendra was the perfect host at the bash thrown at hios residence to celebrate the completion of Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, his son Tusshar’s debut film. The film is being produced by Vashu Bagnani and directed by Jeetendra’s old friend Satish Kaushik. It’s a love story with catchy music and has Tusshar opposite the perky Kareena Kapoor.

Proud papa Jeetendra and mama Shobha introduced Tusshar to the press and their select circle that included producer Bhagnani, director Kaushik, composer Anu Malik, lyricist Sameer and co-star Rinkie Khanna among others. The film’s promos were screened twice and followed by dinner. The film is due for release by the end of the month.

SHARARAT: All for the family
Abhishek with Shararat unitThe entire starcast of the film Shararat came together to spread the message of family values to viewers of etc channel. The concept devised by the channel after the success of their fillers like “Essence of India” and “etc Pathshaala”, was with the specific purpose of educating viewers about family values.

ETC has selected May 14 as Family Day and will soon start airing these messages through the stars of Shararat . Abhishek Bachchan, Hrishitha Bhatt, Amrish Puri, Helen, Dara Singh, A.K. Hangal, Daisy Irani, Tinu Anand, Shobha & Viju Khote and Ashish Vidyarthi will appear on etc to speak about family values and social responsibilities. These fillers will be broadcasted every hour and will last from 30 seconds to one minute.

Abhishek the leading man of the film, is the star of the week on ETC channel. Through the second week of May, Abhishek will be talking about himself exclusively on the channel and the bonding that he shares with his parents and grandparents in the special programme titled Chit Chat that will be telecast on May 30. He will also talk about his favourite songs on It’s My Pasand on May 24.
The entire starcast of the film were at the etc studio on May 5 to shoot for these social messages. Pradeep Dixit, CEO, etc Networks Ltd. says,”There are no better people than film stars to voice these messages since they are the role models of the common people.” It was good to see the yesteryear oldies come together for a good cause.
