Sonali Bendre in Chori Chori
Sonali Bendre completes the triangle of Om Shakti Combine’s Chori Chori, starring Ajay Devgan and Rani Mukerji. Writer-director Milan Luthria commenced a two-week long shooting schedule from March 18 to 31 on a specially erected set at Filmistan Studios and on various locales of Mumbai. Sonali Bendre is participating in this schedule. A song and some scenes will be picturised on the three as well as the other star cast. Produced by Lalit Kapoor and Raju Narula, the film also stars Smita Jaykar, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Shashikala, Kamini Kaushal, Asha Sachdev, Ghanshyam, Salim, Tiku Talsania, Mushtaq Khan, Rana Jung Bahadur Satish Shah, Virendra Saxena, Shama Deshpande and Mehernosh Doctor. Music by Sajid-Wajid, lyrics by Anand Bakshi, art by R Varman, cinematography by Nirmal Jani and editing by Sanjeev Verma are other credits.

Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai
Producer Vashu Bhagnani and director Satish Kaushik started the last 30-day shooting schedule of Puja Film’s Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai from March 7 in Delhi. All the artists are participating during the schedule. Starring Tusshar, Kareena Kapoor, Amrish Puri, Dilip Tahil, Himani Shivpuri, Alok Nath, Pankaj Berry, Vrijesh Hirjee, Hemant Pande, Punit, Rashmi and Rinkie Khanna, the film has music by Anu Malik, lyrics by Sameer, choreography by Ahmed Khan, art by Samir Chanda, cinematography by Johny Lal, action by Mahendra Verma and sound by Jagmohan Anand.

Padmalaya’s venture launched
Producer GA Seshagiri launched his Padmalaya’s new Hindi, yet untitled film, on March 11 at Padmalaya Studios, Hyderabad with a muhurat and regular shooting. Hema Malini performed the pooja, Govinda, Chandrachur Singh and Vinay Anand faced the camera, R Ramesh Prasad sounded the clap, K Vijaya Rama Rao switched on the camera as super star Krishna, who presents the film, directed the muhurat shot. The film is being directed by K Raghavendra Rao. It has dialogue by Anwar Khan and cinematography by V Srinivas Reddy. Other cast and credits are being finalised.

25-day spell of Om Jai Jagdish
Producer Vashu Bhagani and director Anupam Kher will start a 25-day marathon shooting schedule of Puja Film’s Om Jai Jagdish on a huge set at Hotel Horizon from March 27. All the artists will be participating in this schedule. Starring Anil Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Fardeen Khan, Tabu, Urmila Matondkar, Diya Mirza, Waheeda Rehman and Om Puri, the film has music by Anu Malik, story-screenplay by Rahul Nanda, lyrics by Sameer, dialogue by Raman Kumar, cinematography by Vinod PS, art by Sabu Cyril and editing by Jethu Mandal.

Vashu Bhagnani’s film launched
Producer Vashu Bhagnani launched his Puja Film’s Vinod Khanna, Arjun and Diya Mirza starrer, yet untitled film on March 1 with a 28-day initial shooting in Mumbai and South Africa. The film is being directed by Ashu Trikha. Aadesh Srivastava is the music director

Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage
Mohan Kumar’s Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage is currently being shot in a marathon 16-day shooting schedule on a specially erected bungalow-cum-terrace set at Mehboob Studios. Director Vikram Bhatt is filming crucial talkie portions and a festival song on Hrithik Roshan, Amisha Patel, Kiran Kumar, Mukesh Tiwari, Nishigandha, Ali Asgar, Moses Lever, Sheikh Sami, Jasbir Thandi and Suchit along with 200 junior artistes and 100 dancers. The spell concludes on March 26. The song which is currently being picturised was earlier recorded by music director Rajesh Roshan at Sahara Recording Theatre on March 7 and 98. Penned by Dev Kohli, the fourth song was recorded in the voices of Udit Narayan and Pamela Jain. Produced by Rohit Kumar, the film, a Gautam Kumar presentation is based on a story and screenplay by Robin Bhatt and Sanjeev Duggal, dialogues by Girish Dhamija, cinematography by Pravin Bhatt, choreography by Raju Khan, art by Gappa Chakraborty, editing by Amit Sarena and sound by Nurari Krishna.

Ankhiyon Se Goli Maare
Producer-director Harmesh Malhotra picturised some significant scenes for Eastern Films’ Ankhiyon Se Goli Mare during a four-day spell on a specially erected set at Filmistan Studios and Powai lake. Govinda, Raveena Tandon, Kader Khan, Prem Chopra and Shakti Kapoor participated in the spell which concluded on March 8. Also starring Sharat Saxena, Asrani and Johny Lever, it has music by Anand-Milind, lyrics by Sameer, story and screenplay by Rujeev Kaul-Praful Parekh, dialogues by Anwar Khan, cinematography by Shyam Rao, art by R Verman, action by Mahendra Verma, editing by Govind Dalwadi and sound by Vinod Potdar. Ram Singh is the production executive.

Rahen Na Rahen Hum
Mahima Choudhary is participating for the first time in a crucial spell for Eklavya Visions (P) Ltd’s Rahen Na Rahen Hum which commenced from March 16 at Madh Island, Jucaseo Mills, Kamal Amrohi Studios and various Mumbai locales. Producer Nithin Raj Arayadath and director Kamal (South) are currently canning vital dramatic scenes and breath-taking action sequences during the stint. Also starring Ajay Devgan, Amisha Patel, Shakti Kapoor, Alok Nath and Kulbhushan Kharbanda, the film has music by Jatin-Lalit, lyrics by Sameer, action by Bhiku Verma, dialogues by Sanjay Masoom, cinematography by Hari Nair, art by SS Sharma and sound by Uday Inamati.

11-day schedule of Soch
Zeekay Films P Ltd’s Soch is being shot in an 11-day shoooting schedule, from March 16 at Film City, Versova locations and at some bungalows in Mumbai. The entire cast is participating in this schedule. Being produced by Wijahat Kareem with Dr. Mrs. Surheeta Kareem and Rizwan Ullah as co-producers, the film, written and directed by Sushen Bhatnagar, stars Sanjay Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Aditi Govitrikar, Arbaaz Khan and Danny Denzongpa in principal roles alongwith Mushtaq Khan, Tiku Talsania, Vineek Kumar, Yunus Parvez, Mac Mohan and Dadhi Pandey. Music by Jatin Lalit, lyrics by Sameer, action by Shahid Ali Shanu, choreography by Rekha Chinni Prakash, editing by Umesh Gupta, art by Smita Gupta and sound by Anuj Mathur. The film will 80 per cent complete after this schedule.
