I didn't use political links. But yes, I took help from
some people and I did the best I could. And I know that Hrithik
is a well-mannered guy and it was such a stupid controversy.
If given another opportunity to host a TV show, will you go
for it?
My past experience of hosting a television show has hurt
me a lot. So, if I was given another show I would think twice
and for a long long time about it.
Rumours
of you tying the knot with your Aussie boyfriend Crispin Conroi
has spread like wild fire. Is it true?
Give me a break, I have known him for a few months and
we still need time to understand each other. Just think of
it this way, my life has always been bold. When people hid
their affairs, I talked about them. Why would a person like
me change drastically? The rumour is not true. Marriage is
very important to me, and I would share the news when it happens
with the whole world.
When
do you plan to settle down anyway?
No plans for another two years, what-so-ever!
Who
is the first person you would share your happiness with?
My mom and my dad, because they are always worried about
me.
What
kind of a man, do you think, will make you happy?
A person who is sweet, sensitive, independent, a good
human being. A person with whom I can go out and have fun.
I think that my present boyfriend (Crispin Conroi) is totally
what I expect.

according to you?
Sanjay Dutt.
Tell
us about your first date.
It happened long time back, but after I had joined films.
We went to Zodiac Grill. I was very nervous. All I can say
is that the food was good.
You
seldom perform on stage...
I perform when I want to. Lot of people perform on awards
night to get awards but I don't want to get into all that.
Your
most embarrassing moment on sets?
So many times I gulp dialogues, say wrong things and even
fall down. In fact, just yesterday I fell very badly and damaged
my shin, I was dying to cry out but I was so embarrassed that
people should see me crying.
Which
is the best fan letter that you have received?
I have received so many, but I especially remember the
fanatics. I get letters written in blood. Some people write
to say they are married to me. I appreciate their love and
affection but not to this extreme.
What
scares you the most?
Solitude because I am in the public eye most of the time.
And I am also scared of being proved wrong.
Who
would you like to be reborn as?
My grandfather. He is my idol.
You
dream of...
I want to have a really huge country house in England,
a lovely flat in London, good place in New York and a beach
house in Australia.
What
do you think about Budget 2001?
I am not aware of it.
