THE RISING SON...That’s what Uday Chopra is. This glamour struck young actor first began his journey to stardom by assisting his father Yash Chopra during the making of Lamhe. He has to live upto the reputation attained by his father and brother. Secretly harbouring the lust of acting within him, the right moment for Uday dawned when Mohabbatein was being planned with 5 other relative newcomers to be directed by his elder brother Aditya Chopra. Skills run high in his genes as it was evident in his first outing and Uday is all set and confident for his crucial second inning.

I would simply watch a funny sit.com or a movie that helps me to overcome and forget my depression.

I think Goa is just the right kind of a place to be with friends and have a ball of time.

How important is music in your life?

Fairly important. It is the right kind of essence to me in my life.
