Bose film complete
Rahul Bose has completed the shoots for Pinnacle Entertainment’s English movie, Everybody Says I Am Fine. Produced by Viveck Vaswani and directed by Bose, the film stars Bose himself along with Pooja Bhatt and Rehaan Engineer.

Medical camp for filmfolk

The Film Industry Welfare Trust organisation conducted a free eye and general health checkup for the members of the Mahila Kalakaar Sangh and the Junior Artistes Association, last week. The camp was held in association with the National Association of the Blind and Lilavati Hospital.

Amisha Patel signed

Nitin Raj Aryadath has signed Amisha Patel to play Ajay Devgan’s lady-love in Eklavya Vision’s Rahen Na Rahen Hum. Directed by Kamal, the film also stars Mahima Chowdhury.

 



Laila Majnu revisited

Producer-director B Subhash is to launch an updated version of the Laila-Majnu legend. The film has story-screenplay by his daughter Malvika and dialogue by Hasan Kamaal.

ZA Johar dead

Senior filmscribe ZA Johar died following a brain haemorrhage at the age of 61 in Mumbai. He is survived by his wife, four sons, including journalist Sohail and two daughters.

Khanna goes scotfree

A Mumbai court cancelled a non-bailable arrest warrant against actor-politician Rajesh Khanna after he appeared in a bunch of cases filed by the income tax department last week.
