Kannada films of 1997-98
Ever since the Quality Tag Committee (QTC) was constituted by the Karnataka Government for releasing subsidy amount of Rs.10 lakhs for the 20 quality films released during a year, the industry is unhappy as the yardstick applied to determine it is in question.
