Subhash returns home and behaves very normally with Ruma. Dinesh confesses about his true feelings to Preeti and proposes marriage to her as Vijay watches their proximity Subhash arrives to meet Ameeta at her house. Chaudhary asks Radhey whether he wishes to remarry and he agrees. The broker informs Mittal that Subhash didn’t arrive at the sight. Mittal scolds Subhash and tells him that he would not tolerate this carelessness the next time. Sunny telephones Chaudhary at night and tells him about Subhash and Ameeta’s relationship.

Goddess Lakshmi is pleased to note that Virochan is going to attend Bali’s convocation alone. Like his father Pralhad he too does not approve of using state employees for his personal activities, Lord Vishnu also appreciates Virochan’s attitude and hopes that future generations would follow the tradition established by Pralhad and his son. However, he is worried about the tension created by Virochan’s edict that only Vishnu would be worshiped in his kingdom. Devas have taken it as an insult to them since till then they too were worshiped by their devotees. Indira is determined to kill Virochan. He requests Malyaketu to ask Surya to make sure that Virochan has to break his journey when he goes to attend his son’s convocation. Surya succeeds in this attempt to do so. In turn Indra also succeeds in stealing Virochan’s crown that ensures his safety. Later on he has a duel with Virochan and kills him. Bali is furious when he gets the news of his illustrious father’s death at the hands of Indra. Shukracharya’s efforts to save Virochan also fails.

“Past”, our narrator tells the viewers that Brahma had created the Heavens (Swarg) for the Devas and the Nether world (Pataal) for the Danavs to live in. He was now thinking to create manavs and a place for them to live in. To seek her guidance he invoked MA SHAKTI who told him that two demons named Madhu and Kaitabh would be born from the ear wax of Lord Vishnu and that eventually they would be the cause of creating Manavlok (Dharti) where Manav would live.

What we call Dharti was originally named Maidini.. As instructed by MA SHAKTI (Mother Power), Brahma started the process of creating Manavs (Human beings). He created Prpajapati-Daksh from his thumb from the same thumb he created a woman and then asked Daksh to marry her. He also told Daksh the importance of a woman without whom noting can be created. As a man Daksh promises to always protect a woman and as a woman his wife promises Daksh to surrender herself to him. Later on Aadi Shakti (the Supreme power) calls Goddess Mahakali’s Shakti. Gauri to herself and instructs her to take birth as a daughter of Daksh. Lord Shiv whose Shakti-Gauri is, is aware of Adi Shakti’s plan. It is through Gauri that the relationship between a man and a woman is to be exhibited... Gauri is born as Daksh’s daughter. She is loved by her father immen-sely. Once Daksh had to go to Kashi to attend a seminar of intellectuals. He takes Gauri with him. In Kashi Gauri takes one look at Shiv and falls in love with her while her father doesn’t like him one bit because of his uncouth attire and untidy appearance.
