Petra, Jordan
It was the first time that I took my mother along for an outdoor schedule. What made the shoot all the more special was the weather. I remember borrowing my spot-boy’s jacket while on our way to the sets in a horse-cart.
Colosseum, Rome
The interesting bit about shooting at the Colosseum was that it was filled with Indians, especially Kashmiris and Punjabis! It was nice talking to them about Indian movies, including Jannat, my debut Hindi film. The challenging part was that the sun literally got my skin burning.
Eiffel Tower, France
It was one of my quickest shoots ever. We started shooting early in the morning and finished in three to four hours. Though we missed out on the Tower’s evening glory, we captured the morning drizzle.
Leaning Tower of Pisa, Italy
It is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Adding to it was the fact that I was wearing a gown designed by my sister Himani for the shoot.
Taj Mahal, India
What made shooting at the Taj Mahal special was its timeless beauty. And I am not saying this because I am an Indian. In spite of the fact that I had been there earlier as a child, its charm was incomparable.
