Sing-a-thon enters Guinness Book
In an unique concept by upcoming music director Krish aka MusiKman, 220 singers recorded a song by singing just a word each to achieve the coveted entry to the Guinness Book Of World Records. Krish needed a song that had the right pauses for the singers besides mass appeal. His choice was the title-song of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. The film’s director Karan Johar and Sony Music permitted Krish to go ahead. “I am thankful to Sony Music, Karan Johar, Dharma Productions and all my 220 singers who made my dream a reality,” said Krish after being felicitated with the certificate by Gareth John Deaves, Head of Music Division of the Guinness Book.
