Salute is the title
Actor-producer-director B.C. Patil, who has been a police officer and a successful politician too, bases his new film Salute on his own experiences. Salute, which has Patil himself in the lead role, tells the story of a police officer who quits his job and becomes a politician with an aim to cleanse the system of corruption. In addition to acting in the film and directing it, B.C.Patil is also penning the story and script and is producing the film too under the banner of Om Shakthi Films. Ashok Kheny, Ashwini, Vijay Koundinya, B.V. Radha, Shobharaj, Prakash Sathyajeet, Harish Roy etc. play key roles in the film, which has music by Sai Karthik and cinematography by Niranjan Babu.
