The 31-year-old model, who is best known for her surgically enhanced assets, has fled the country with the couple's two young children declaring that "I will always love my Pete" in a emotional statement, reported ‘Mirror’ online.

The split comes after the couple had a huge row on their reality TV show, "Katie and Peter: Stateside" where Price called Andre "an old singer no one knows about" and Andre reacted by calling her a "stupid arrogant cow".

While Jordan has declared that she married Andre for life and does not want the separation but Andre reportedly filed for divorce after deciding that he could no longer cope with his 'out of control' wife who was recently photographed getting drunk and flirting with another man in a Bristol bar.

"He hated her going out and getting drunk. He was also jealous of the male attention that follows her and told her so. She on the other hand was driven mad by his jealousy. But at the end of the day they always kissed and made up. However, it got too much for him," a source told the newspaper.

However, 36-year-old Andre could now fight for a 6 million pound slice of his estranged wife's 40 million pound fortune, equivalent to half the 12 million pounds she is thought to have made during the four year old relationship.

The couple had met in January 2004 on the reality show 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!' and had wed the next year in a Cinderella themed wedding. They have vowed to keep the split amicable for the sake of their kids - 21-month-old Princess Tiaamii, Junior, 3, and disabled Harvey, 6, who was born out of a relationship with footballer Dwight Yorke.

The couple's spokesperson confirmed the news of the split saying, "Peter Andre and Katie Price are separating after four-and-a-half years of marriage. They have both requested that the media respect their family's privacy at this difficult time."
