Pak Court frees 26/11 attacker Hafiz Saeed by Vasoo Kamulkar on 2009-06-06 22:04:53.59462+05:30 The inheritors of Arya Chanakya do not seem to be taking any hint from the body language of their counterparts in Pakistan. In the aftermath of 26/11, when Pakistanis had killed more than 164 victims in Mumbai, their PM Gilani was always on the news. The world was watching him utter lies, lies and nothing but the lies but not once his facial contours betrayed his conscience. He was on the television again yesterday, full of vigour and brimming with confidence to warn India that the question of ‘Indian-occupied’ Kashmir must be resolved. No mention of why he has released Hafiz or whether he was going to appeal against the Court decision. Compare S. M. Krishna with Gilani. No match; one needs a Churchillian bellicosity to confront a rogue elephant. Mr Krishna gave an impression that he was perhaps dealing with the normal imbroglio of a border dispute between Maharashtra and Karnatak at Belgaum. {Part I )

Pak Court frees alleged 26/11 attacker Hafiz Saeed by Vasoo Kamulkar on 2009-06-06 21:59:42.073034+05:30 The uncharitable Hindus might be prone to slight the Doyen of the Cambridge UNIVERSITY, (pp 542, International Who’s Who-2001) and Stefano and Paola Maino’s daughter, Antonia Rajiv Vincy-Khan for her irrational claim during the hectic electioneering days that their quiet diplomacy has compelled Pakistan to accept the responsibility for the carnage of 26/11 in Mumbai. The dumb doll could read only what the Congressi props wrote out for her. What is now the reaction of the misanthropic gang of Pranavo-Chidambaram -mani-muni-Manmohana? Liquidate all caste, sub castes; scrap BJP, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shri Ram Sene; outvote RPI, Bahujan Samaj, Dalit Panthers and other such medley and while retaining the RSS for their discipline invoke Savarkar’s Sindhu Mahasabha. That leaves us only to sing finale. Remember how our noble friend Israel entertained the international community by her magical feat at Uganda’s Entebbe Airport? Just emulate them, “...EK LUHAARKEE”! {Part I}

Pakistan a failed state by sg on 2009-06-02 23:42:45.612935+05:30 Pakistan is one of the most hostile places on earth.......US declares pakistan as an international migraneAUS,NZ,SA,ENGLAND and so many other countries dont even dare to come to pakistan to stay for a few days and play cricketSL team which showed some guts was properly punched on its face with the Lahore attacksYou Pakistanis never accept INDIA's point that terrorism is being nurtured in PAKISTAN. Atleast when so many fingers are pointing against you dont,you want to retrospect and see if something is really wrong with your country?You can keep denying that there is no terrorist infrastructure in pakistan. You can release Hafiz Saeed's and other lynchpins to the open and feel happy at the moment. But this ignorance can be catastrophic very soon to your own country more than anyone else (US is already pounding you with Drone attacks)..... Please show retrospection and try to clean up your mess rather than blatantly defending your country. Its very important for all of us.

Releasing 11/26 suspects deal for students' by bush on 2009-06-02 18:42:54.53169+05:30 A court in Pakistan frees mastermind JUD founder Hafeez Saeed of 11/26/08 attack of Mumbai.We are not privy to all whats going on in Pakistan.It is fighting to get back control of SWAT from Taliban.They had abducted several hundred students in swat ,i wonder if this release is related to release of students and teachers abducted by Taliban.Pakistan has very foggy process and they are unwilling to take difficult decisions in full light. They do not want any more people to die . The Taliban are going to disappear into the public to raise its head again and Pakistan saves its life and Taliban save their life it is not a war but just a chess game,a very high stakes chess game.It seems that according to ground realities if Taliban has stronger hand Pak government surrenders if Pak govt has stronger hand Taliban surrender . It is two allies playing a game with the effect of loosing the soul of average Pakistani and creating a menac

What evidence have you got of the alleged rape and anyone jumping with joy as a result? Or is it the poison spread by your biased media and mad mullahs?

INDIA AND PAKISTAN by aamir on 2009-06-02 17:32:12.397448+05:30 Pakistan is free country. We know how to deal with the peoples supported separatist movement and terrorism in East Pakistan now Bangladesh. Today same is happening in Mumbai and Kashmir. United States must put some pressure on India for the early settlement of Kashmir issue, as every one aware Pakistan is playing import role in war against terrorism. Today stability in Pakistan is the stability of the South East Asia, so before saying we must see the ground realities. Pakistani soldiers are fighting war for world and it is duty of foreigners to use influence over India and advise to settle all long standing issues with Pakistan including Kashmir. If possible Indian must hand over the peoples now settled in India supported terrorism movement in Karachi and else where.

Pakistan by Anant on 2009-06-02 16:40:39.196757+05:30 One can't blame the courts in pak for letting off the terrorist. the fault lies with the Paki government for presenting the case in a dubious manner. Pak is a terrorist state and its govt is as much involved with the terrorists as the terrorists are. In India central govt could not bring any cases against raj thackeray,Modi or the Tytler and so on. The reason being that the cases were brought half heartedly. Pakistan only understands tit for tat language so let us give it to them. Let USA look after her own interest and we look after ours.

Pakistan by Anant on 2009-06-02 16:29:26.526532+05:30 There is no point having any dialogue or a relationship with Pakistan. Relationships can only be formed with civilised societies who can understand each others concerns. Pakistan only understands Iranian type of language. A couple of days ago Iran executed two Paki terrorists within a day of catching them and also they told Pakistan that they have the means and intelligence to go in to Pakistan any destroy the anti-iranian organisation based in Pak. This is the kind of language India must use when dealing with Pak. Pakistan does not understand the nice civilised language. Let us face the facts that India and pakistan will always be enemies. Best bet for India is to close all borders and use maximum force in Kashmir,Orissa and other places to defeat all terrorism. Let Pakistan go on her knees and beg India for mercy. Americans can look after their interest but certainly not at the expense of Indian interest. Obama has found new friends in Pak. Good luck to him.

COURT FRES 26/11 MASTER MIND HAFIZAEED by S.K.GUPTA on 2009-06-02 16:01:37.193621+05:30 It's really unfortunate that Pak High Court has freed Hafiz Saeed, the master msind of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack.This is despite the fact the Indian Govt. all irrefutable eveidences to Pak govt. against involvement of JUD and LET in the said attack. It's highly likely that Pak govt. didn't produce those evidence in the court to substantiate the charges against him. It appears to be a part of Pak game plan. Now Pak may say that it did every thing possible (as per UN resolution) but court has set the alleged culprits free. Well done Pakistan! Mr. Zardari can fight only US's War on terror for obvious reasons. It's amply clear that now India will have to fight its own war of terror on the lines of Sri Lanka.

Pak court frees alleged 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed by Ratan Gupta on 2009-06-02 15:53:34.575284+05:30 Thousands of Muslims were massacred in Gujarat and we all know very well what role Modi and gangsters have played? Have they been punished?Thousands of Sikhs died in Delhi, till today, hardly any serious conviction took place. Where is the justice?Thousands of Muslims are murdered on the streets of Bombay by none other than Bal Thakcray. We reward these people by electing them for murdering people.Scores of churches are being burnt in Orissa. How many got convicted. Where is the justice. Now, we are so coward, we are outsourcing the judiciary to Pakistan for justice and we call ourselves shining India. By signing few stupid deals with America and Israel we thought that we have defeated all the Muslims and Muslim countries. Contrary, China has successfully made inroads into Muslim countries and already gained ground at our expense. Thanks to our Brahmin intellectuals for creating fear of Muslims in our minds.

Time to set up a surgical elimination team by Vedic Indian on 2009-06-02 15:43:08.751997+05:30 Its time to set-up a unit that does surgical elimination of vermins like this Hafiz and Nazir. No amount of peace gestures will work as long as the rouge military and terrorist ISI is at helm in Pakistan. We should now set up a unit that tracks key people like these terror leaders and its sponsors in ISI and Paki army and eliminate them and their families. These people should be taught in only language they understand.

Never dream justice by Surendran P on 2009-06-02 15:39:16.55561+05:30 The news item is not surprising at all. Indian should never expect that any torrorist will be punished legally on Pakistan soil. If such things happens they will decide the fate of the decision makers. But when the terrorist turn their rifile back to Pak there will be some business just as in the case of Taliban. Till then we have to save our soul. India should be extra careful henceforth since JuD has got a certificate also from the court which will help them to go ahead with their activities. It is a mockery of law. If they do not oblige UN Security Council Resolution what India can expect.

I am surprise to see such comments from immature readers, everybody knows that Pakistanis movements against Taliban is pressue from USA. And why US is pressurizing Pakis is to save their own skin. Whay are we surprised? by Swapan Chakravarthy on 2009-06-02 14:20:03.323869+05:30 Our diplomacy is worth only electioneering and not effective. Our diplomacy is hobnobbing for personal benfits but ineffectual in all respects. I am not surprised at the outcome from a court as direct or indirect proof is not sufficient evidence of a person's guilt however much anyone disagrees. In India we now have examples of court releasing some of the arrested due to lack of evidence.The only way we can move forward is to collectively say No to anything that is not in our interest. That collectiveness means that regardless of political opinion. When we have parties who have foreign loyalties and parties with sense of belonging to a foreign land, we will suffer.

India needs caution visa vis its Neighbour. by Brijkrishankaul on 2009-06-02 13:54:19.084686+05:30 India needs to stand up to face the pak's beligerent attitude once for all. The step to free the terrorist of 26/11 involvement is clear indication of continuing of hostile posture against us.Although Pakistan is crumbling under the Talibans's terror strikes and fully engaged at the moment figting a full scale war against its own created menace.we need to be prepared for any kind of eventuality. . It is matter of irony that Pakistan created Taliban in association with America and now reaping the bitter fruits of its own doings. India needs to be cautious as Pakistan will try to push them into our country to create chaos. The Indian Govt needs to tighten its belts and be prepared to fight out Pakistan's sinister moves with full determinations . we need not to be bogged down by America's misleading preachings for maintaining so called peace with Pakistan . Pakistan needs to reciprocate by concrete steps to bring peace in the subcontinent.

There is no wonder! by John on 2009-06-02 12:10:15.154813+05:30 There is no wonder in this incident as the entire state of Pakistan is supporting anti-Indian terrorist activities which they call jihad. And by using this Islamic religious terminology for their dreadful activities in India, they secure a lot of local support as well. Pakistan is getting more aggressive as Hussain Obama is on their support. Hussain has removed the anti-infiltration terms stipulated by the previous US administration to invoke full fledged atrocities against India once again. Now to those Indian monkeys who are singing for the US and their strategic partnership with India, you are one group of greedy idiots who push our nation into a very terrible situation. India should take its decisions by itself rather than look at the white house for directions. The very first thing that we can do is that hang that little rat kasab in public ASAP.
