One big release every week till August 14!

Kambakht ishqSajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ is set to release on 3rd July
No sooner did the strike end, the release dates of forthcoming films started pouring in. In fact, everyone seems to be in a tearing hurry to release their films. "We've waited enough," said a prominent producer. In the meantime, the industry leaders along with the respective producers have chalked out the release dates, till August 14.

As things stand today, expect at least one biggie every week...

19 June: ‘Paying Guests’ [Mukta Arts], 26 June: ‘New York’ [Yash Raj], 3 July: ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ [Sajid Nadiadwala], 10 July: ‘Shortkut’ [Anil Kapoor], 17 July: ‘Jashnn’, 24 July: ‘Luck’ [Ashtavinayak] and ‘Agyaat’ [RGV], 31 July: ‘Love Aaj Kal’ [Saif Ali Khan], 7 August: ‘Wanted’ [Boney Kapoor], 14 August: ‘Aladin’ [Sujoy Ghosh], ‘Kaminey’ [Vishal Bhardwaj], ‘Life Partner’ [Abbas-Mustan] and ‘Teree Sang’ [Satish Kaushik].

Meanwhile, UTV, Yash Raj and Big are yet to announce their forthcoming films... ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ is slated for 18 September... Vipul Shah will take a call on ‘London Dreams’ in the next few days. ‘Action Replay’, also helmed by Vipul Shah, will arrive next year, although the film is complete.
