Nehru-Edwina by M.A.SASTRY on 2009-08-14 09:55:25.723447+05:30 I don't think there is any affair between Nehru and Edwina. Nehru must have spread this canard to prove his macho image.

Gandhi was the main culprit by S.Ghosh on 2009-05-25 09:51:36.592143+05:30 In 1940 Gandhi has supported the idea of Pakistan. In 1943 he and Rajagopalachari drew a detail plan for the partition of the country. When Moutbatten arrived with the plan to partition India Gandhi said to him: " Have I ever disobeyed you!"Gandhi has refused to accept Fazlul Haque of Peasants and tenants party in 1939, all Muslim when Muslim League in Bengal was a tiny minority among the Muslims. Otherwise Bengal could not be partitioned. Gandhi refused Khan Abdul Gaffer Khan as well, otherwise NWFP has Congress majority. Gandhi refused Khan of Kalat of Baluchistan, who wanted to join India in 1947.Gandhi has forced the Congress Working Committe to obey Moutbatten, as Gandhi was a British agent. Nehru was his subordinate.

Bal Thackeray by Anoop on 2009-04-07 22:19:11.623749+05:30 Man are by nature interested in more than one women. It does not mean that it interferes always with their work and responsibilities. India was lucky in having Nehru as it's first P.M. With all inherent follies he has given maximum contribution in the development of India than any other so called Indian neta. We were lucky in not having a person like Thackerey as P.M. from whom we do not accept other than hatred for the rest of Indians except marathas. What a shame!!

Partition of India by V K Das on 2009-04-07 08:06:56.232811+05:30 Partition of India was caused by the communal thinking of RSS head Golwalkar who said that India shall be a Hindu state and minorities could live only as second rate citizens. This is out of his book and from the mind set of communal Hindus including Mr Thackeray. It is just as well that the country was partitioned otherwise a united muslim population of 50 crores would have ruled over the fragmented Hindu society of 85 crores.Mr Thakeray should ponder over this.

1 Partition of India
by SVS Subrahmaniam on 2009-04-07 13:45:18.620934+05:30What is Bar Thackeray Ji`s response to this comment which is also a strong school of thought in the country. The comment written is not a Non Hindu but Hindu only. As elders, we should see and develop harmony and peace in the society and country. Whether you accept or not the non Hindus in India are our Heritage and Legacy; it is the duty of majority to respect their feelings and sentiments. If you point one finger to show one of their mistakes, three show us back. It is unfair always to beat round this bush. The day is not far off for the present generation not to recognise this thought and ignore that school.

Nehru-Edwia by narsimha murthy on 2009-04-07 05:16:18.331818+05:30 Mr. Bal Thakarey sir,It is really a very great disclosure of the hyupocracy of Cnogress and Nehru Family. You please make copies of the same and publish through all sources of Media so that the common man living in nooks and corner of our Country will come to know the contribution of Nehru Family for our Country. They say including Sonia who does not know the boundaries of India that Nehru Family has sacrificed everything for the Country. Unfortunate. It should have been the other way like Nehru Family sacrificed India for everything of their family. Nehru-Edwina love affair is not new to Nehru Family because the whole world knows the chastity of Nehru Family.

Weirdest argument by harish on 2009-04-06 17:47:21.276774+05:30 By any sense of imagination this is the weirdest argument, it was because of Nehru’s Kashmiri roots – the extra push went to get it in Kashmir . Nehru had his shortcomings – but there is no denying that he build the foundation of India – PSU – Nuclear Science and Space Technology. Education – IIS , IIT , BHU etc – No where in the world can you get such cheap and good education all of us educated today only because of him. Is it available anywhere else in the world China, Pakistan, US --- ??? If you read his discovery of India – No Indian politician can even come close to his level of intellect. Next he created 16 official languages and build the foundation of Secularism despite all hiccups – else even Churchill Said that India wont last even 10 years!! Just Look at Pakistan and Sri Lanka, language is bigger destructor than religion worldwide. An opposite has happened in China – Unify every one with force and one language – which will self destruct one day – like USSR. A big count

Gandhi by prafull on 2009-04-06 16:59:34.493331+05:30 Gandhi was,is and will always be the man responsible for the ills of this country. He came and stole the thunder, away from the real freedom fighters and went on satyagrahah for everything. He made people wear khaki and topi, although he himself never wore a topi.Basically he emotionally blackmailed the people and asked them to surrender to atrocities committed by the britishers.

PARTITION OF INDIA by Niranjan on 2009-04-06 16:23:49.534727+05:30 AS THEY SENILITY SETS IN IN OLD AGE. IF ANYONE IS TO BE BLAMED FOR PARTITION, IT SHOULD BE GANDHI. AT THE DROP OF THE HAT HE WENT ON HUNGER STRIKE AND MADE NEHRU DO THINGS THAT WERE NOT IN THE INTERESTS OF INDIA AND HINDUS. ALSO, IF SARDAR PATEL WAS ALLOWED TO HAVE HIS WAY AND IF NEHRU HAD NOT GONE TO UNO ON KASHMIR, TODAY THERE WOULD BE NO KASHMIR PROBLEM. BUT AGAIN, THAT'S HISTORY!

Telecast the Cassette by Muralee on 2009-04-06 16:04:08.757242+05:30 In the interest of the Nation Mr Bal Thakerey should try to telecast the cassette to the whole nation then only our people will know the true side of Late Jawahar Lal Nehru. By doing so Mr Thakerey will be doing a great service to our nation.

Nehru as first PM. by R. Nair on 2009-04-06 15:38:46.112185+05:30 Now congress will come up with new cries - that Thackery is insulting the first PM. Congress might not know the history that Nehru got the PM post at the mercy of SV Patel courtesy of MK Gandhi's intervention. History can be rewritten but cannot be tarnished. Jai Ho!

1 Sacrifices of the Nehru family.......my foot!
by Indian on 2009-04-07 10:05:08.944012+05:30Maybe,maybe not....but the Thackerays do not rule the nation, nor are they in a position to set the national agenda like the Nehru family which even today is hankering after the PM's chair, citing their 'sacrifices' to the nation! If you expect to be rewarded for your 'sacrifices', they are no sacrifices at all but simply a blank cheque to be encashed at any cost!

Lady Edwina-Nehru by Chetan on 2009-04-06 15:37:29.282789+05:30 I agree to Bal Thakreyji, Nehru and others whom we think hero of our freedom, did come with fallacies of their own, just like how no one is perfect. In fact the Kashmir issue is also Nehru and congress made problem, to be fair, Kashmir never belonged to India, we call it as Sardar Patel's nerve of steel but in reality it's shortchanging ppl of Kashmir and taking advantage of might of India over Pakistan since 1947

by Ashish on 2009-04-06 16:11:37.740397+05:30Chetan,I disagree with your comment.Kashmir is and will be a part of india. In fact Pak shud have been a part of India too,the partition shud not have been allowed. Why do u say K'mir belongs to Pak ? Just bcose muslims were in majority there ? Remember muslims were in majority bcos hindus were converted/driven out.Its not as if muslims are the natives of that land that hindus had captured. In J
