Kevin Jonas is engaged to girlfriend Danielle Deleasa.The 21-year-old singer surprised his girlfriend by proposing to her on Wednesday morning at her New Jersey home.
He reportedly dropped down to his knee to ask Deleasa to marry him. She was presented with a cushion-cut diamond ring that Jonas designed with Jacob & Co.
"She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row," Kevin told People magazine.
Jonas, 21, and Deleasa, 22, met in May of 2007 while vacationing with their families in the Bahamas. Now wedding date has been set yet.
Kevin said that he took an overnight flight from a concert in Vancouver to New Jersey to propose Deleasa.
"It was tough performing last night, knowing that I was going to ask the biggest question in my life to the most amazing girl in the world," he said.
The Jonas family has also welcomed the news.
"Our hearts are filled with joy today and we are happy to share with you that our son Kevin has asked Danielle for her hand in marriage," parents Denise and Kevin Jonas Sr said in a statement.
The two younger brother's of Kevin took to Twitter to share the news will their fans.
"Congrats big brother.....Dani welcome to the family, we can't wait to have you join us on the road!"
