Apart from his scenes with the pretty actress, Hrithik is also shooting scenes with Shernaz Patel, who is reportedly playing doctor to him. Bhansali, who is known for extravagant set detailing in his film, has booked the studio till January 2010, which is the time the film’s shooting is likely to wrap-up. However, the six-month schedule will see the unit taking a two-month break to shoot at an outdoor location.
Rani Mukerji’s field run
Rani Mukerji, who’s playing a cricketer in Dil Bole Hadippa!, had a rather unusual training pattern for her role. The actress started practising the game a good six months before the film went on the floors in Mumbai. But unlike most other amateurs who prefer to gain mastery on a single pitch, Rani went about training at different grounds across the city. In fact, in her bid to be a perfect, she kept at her cricket training even while shooting for the film across Delhi, Punjab and Mumbai! However, if there was one thing that stayed constant all through the training months, it’s her coach. An Indian women’s cricket team coach whose identity is being kept under wraps, she travelled with the actress across locations to closely monitor Rani’s cricketing prowess. Whether Rani has mastered her fours and sixes will be clear only once the film releases, but her new-toned figure is a sure testimony to all those ‘runs’.
