While the 40-year-old "Sherlock Holmes" director has been linked to textile heiress Jemima Khan since his divorce from 'Queen of Pop' Madonna, 44-year-old Macpherson has been single since her 2005 split from French financier Arpad Busson.
The pair did not leave together after the dinner, but looked happy as they emerged separately from the restaurant.
While Macpherson has two children 11-year-old Flynn and six-year-old Cy from her relationship with Busson, Ritchie too has two children with ex-wife Madonna, 8-year-old Rocco and an adopted son three-year-old David.
