Actor Milind Gawli takes to direction with this film which he produces along with actress-friend Neelam Shirke. Plans are to start the shooting by November end at Mumbai, Satara, Kolhapur and Sangli and the film will be ready by December for a March release, stated Gawli. Being made under the banner of Mithasmi Creations & Siddhi Film Creations, the film also stars Mohan Joshi, Anand Abhangkar, Savita Malpekar, Chetan Dalvi and Suhas Bhalekar.

Talking about signing Gracy for the film, Neelam said, “The script demanded a celebrity and we wanted a beautiful person who could act as well. Gracy fitted the bill.” When queried why the Hindi actor was not present for the launch, Neelam quipped that she would have taken away the limelight from the launch.
Both Milind and Neelam state that their film would make the audience happy as that is the need of the hour.
