The shows have been accordingly slotted. The channel will be airing blockbuster movies on Sundays. Bitten by snake
In Naginn, the real snake that is a part of Zee’s serial has become friends with everyone except Sachin Shroff who recently got bitten by it. It happened when he took the snake in his hand while shooting for some scenes. Not very pleased at being picked up, the snake decided to strike the hand holding it. Momentarily the actor went into shock and soon recovered by yelling at the top of his voice that he was going to die. An angry Sachin demanded the crew to get him an ambulance. The director and other members of the crew were frantically trying to convince him that the snake was non-poisonous and that he (Sachin) was definitely going to live. It was only later that he calmed down and started breathing normally. Sachin has sworn never to go near the creepy crawly creatures ever again.

Usha Bachani gets carried away
Usha Bachani, who has made a mark for herself, in playing negative shades, is trying something different now. She is shooting for Grihasthi on Star Plus, where she is playing the character of a mentally- challenged person. While shooting for a sequence she got so engrossed in the scene that she hurt herself badly. Usha was required to shout and throw things on the floor in a fit of rage. While banging things on the floor, she hurt her finger and soon blood started oozing out. It was so bad that she had to get stitches. Says Usha, “I hurt myself badly and just got my stitches removed the other day. I was in pain, but then things need to be done, so here I’m shooting 24x7.” Usha is also shooting for Mata Ki Chowki, where she is playing the character of Priyamvadha.
