Pop-singer Britney Spears and her former rapper husband Kevin Federline are finalizing a custody arrangement which will allow both of them to spend time with their two sons during the singer's world tour.

Federline was granted full custody of the boys last year after his Spears went through series of much-publicised breakdowns and numerous stays at the rehabilitation centre for her chaotic lifestyle, 'E! News'reported.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline's lawyer has revealed his client is not averse to planning a schedule around his Spears upcoming world tour which begins on March.

The arrangement will help Spears to spend time with her sons in between shows.

"Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country. He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful," Kalpan told the website.

Spears will see her boys on "pretty much the same schedule that she has now" under the terms of the new agreement.

Kaplan also told the website that Federline is dating former professional volleyball player Victoria Prince.

"She is a very solid person, and they are really great together," he said.
