Film produced under the banner of Ram Gopal Production, is homage to National Security Guard personnel and policemen, who laid their lives for country.

Actor Rajan Verma, who plays the role of Kasab (one of the Mumbai attackers), said, "Initially producer and director of the movie told me that I would be playing role of a terrorist. Later, I came to know that I am playing role of Kasab. I was bit apprehensive in the beginning that whether should I do this role or not. But, later after going through the script, I decided to do this movie. Through this movie, we want to create awareness among the youth, that they should not take any impulsive steps.

The film, according to the makers is meant to read the minds of the terrorists, and what goes in their minds before committing such heinous acts.
