The domestic maid, who has accused Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja of raping her at his residence, is 20-year-old as per the school certificate, police said.

"The police team that had gone to obtain her school certificate from her native place Roha in nearby Raigad district has returned to Mumbai. As per the certificate, she is 20-years-old," Assistant Police Commissioner Dilip Suryavanshi said.

Earlier in the remand application, police had said that the victim was 18-years-old.

Meanwhile, Kalina Forensic Laboratory Science Director M V Garad said they were conducting various tests to corroborate evidence in the alleged rape case.

We have received materials like clothes of the victim and accused from the police, he said.

"It would take at least a week's time to complete all tests including DNA test," he added.

Gender Biased LAW should immediately to be made crime based instead of any assumption that all women never lie and all the men born as Criminal. So , in this country as a women you have all the wolesale free lincence to term any man a "Rapist" , let you rape the him, that does not matter!!!!When a women rape a man it called Love as per LAW, Society and media..right?Wonder why Rape law should not be made Gender Equll, if we fell women do not rape the man ?
