Ajay - Rohit’s Hindi remake of Malayalam film

Ajay Devgn and director Rohit Shetty will be back with an action film after making a series of successful comedies. The shooting for the yet untitled film begins in October/ November. It will be the remake of the Malayalam film Puthiya Mugham that had Prithviraj, Priyamani and Bala in the lead and was directed by Diphan. Rights have been bought by Ajay and Rohit for this campus-based film. The rest of the cast and credits are yet to be finalised. Meanwhile the duo, who have been churning out hits lately as a team, starts work on Golmaal 3 in April in Goa. It is slated to release during the Diwali this year. Besides Ajay, this comedy with a touch of emotion, as Ajay says, has Kareena Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemmu, Shreyas Talpade, Mithun Chakraborty and Ratna Pathak Shah in the cast.
