We have more than enough soaps on saas and bahu. Cashing in on their popularity Sahara One has pitted the two in a dance competition called Saas Vs Bahu. All the reel-life saas and bahus have been paired for the contest. Two teams, each comprising 15 saas and an equal number of bahus will be challenging each other. They will be judged by jury members Aroona Irani and Longines Fernandes. A set resembling the aangan of a house will allow the teams to call each of their on-screen family member to compete and be their saviours if they lag behind in the scores in a particular week. The show will follow a unique voting procedure and to keep the voting system totally fair and aboveboard and the elimination will be the result of the judges’ points combined with those of the live studio audience. The celebs in the show include Kamalika Guha and Shilpa Agnihotri of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kitu Gidwani and Daljeet Kaur of Kulvaddhu, Juhi Parmar and Reeta Bahaduri of Kumkum, Shoma Anand and Rucha Gujarathi of Bhabhi and Pratichee Mishra and Anchal Dwivedi of Saat Phere. Hosted by Karan Mehra, the show is aired Mondays to Fridays at 8pm.
