She was none other than Mandira Bedi, the original ‘Shanti’ of the Tellyland. She made national headlines with her anchoring of cricket shows, which was followed by a series of many others. She is back with the much-awaited Rakesh Roshan’s comedy flick Krazzy 4.

Speaking about her role, she said, “It’s a different kind of concept that Bollywood is going to witness. Even though I am not acting in the film, I am playing an ‘anchor’ in the film. In the sense, I play a visiting psychiatrist, who does her bit by introducing the four lead characters (Irrfan, Suresh, Rajpal and Arshad) by interviewing them.”

On the professional front, besides Krazzy 4, Mandira is looking forward to her next project Mumbai Chakachak, wherein she plays the role of Anarkali, a character who believes in every possible social cause and eventually joins Rahul Bose.
