Popstar Madonna might be facing a tough time dealing with her ongoing divorce battle, but when it comes to career, she’s definitely on a roll, as she’s getting 10 million dollars for being the face of Louis Vuitton.

After Jennifer Lopez, Uma Thurman and Scarlett Johansson, the ‘4 Minute’ hitmaker is the latest face of French luxury brand.

Despite online buzz that the shoot would be done by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot, WWD has reported the nod went to legendary Steven Meisel, who did Madonna's notorious 1992 book, ‘Sex,’ reports the New York Post.

Madonna, who is getting divorced from Guy Ritchie over issues ranging from sex to Kabbalah water, is enjoying being the face of the fashion giant.

Madonna's rep declined to comment.

Meanwhile Madonna was also in news for advising pal Britney to never get married again.

Advising not to marry? by David Smyth on 2008-11-20 03:43:55.152954+05:30 I certainly don't believe everything that I read in the news, however, if true, it seems extremely controlling of Madonna to be advising Britney never to marry again.The institution of marriage has been a mainstay for many hundreds (if not thousands) of years now. While it may not work perfectly for everyone, it seems as though traditional values and morality are being increasingly demeaned and devalued by an ever-growing number.Perhaps it is time to push open the boundaries of freedom so that individuals everywhere can truly choose whatever life path and personal values that work for them. Yet, having said that, I would be reluctant to support any move (or movement) that wants to do away with long-term social traditions and values in order to promote left-leaning liberalism as being the norm and the new order.Balance is key in my opinion, and although I would avoid commenting on the pros and cons of various life choices of the 'mega famous', I would sincerely hope that someone like Britney Spears is strong-willed enough to follow her own life path without being swayed by the 'disappointments' of an older 'friend'.
