Grammy Award winner Christina Aguilera will perform in Abu Dhabi next month in what would be her first performance in a middle eastern country.
Aguilera, known for her resounding vocal prowess, chart-topping singles and captivating stage presence, will go live at Emirates Palace in the UAE capital on October 24, it was announced in Abu Dhabi on Sunday.
The tour, which will be Aguilera's first outdoor concert of the autumn season, will be called Back to Basics and promises to bring music fans in the region a string of hits including Beautiful, Fighter, Genie in a Bottle and Dirrty.
She will be following in the footsteps of Bon Jovi and Justin Timberlake in playing a show in the opulent surroundings of the Abu Dhabi hotel.
