The song has three parts; the first Alvida is a tribute to the victims who were lost in this mindless massacre which took place and their loved ones. The second Alvida is for the policemen and the commandos who helped the people. The third Alvida stands for “no more farewells”, and no more terrorism, corruption and communalism. “It’s time we stood up and made everyone realise that we are peaceful but not weak and that nobody can take us for granted. The video also talks about how a little bit of faith and time can help resolve this menace,” says the young singer.
