How has been your brush with Bollywood?
I guess so far, it has been experimental.
What is the importance of film fests for actors?
It provides a unique platform for interaction between the filmmakers and the audience. Moreover it gives Indian cinema that much required exposure.
The feedback that gets exchanged in the process helps the filmmakers to learn more about the tastes of the people.
How easy or hard it is in your opinion for a model to adapt to acting in the movies?
The ability to crossover is great. I don’t feel like modelling. I have been engaged in doing movies and TV programmes. Even actors are facing modelling challenges in a number of events they participate and the products they model for.
Who is your favourite Bollywood actor and why?
I like Naseeruddin very much because he performs with honesty.
Who is your favourite Bollywood actress and why?
Shabana Azmi because of her great screen presence and the elegance that she carries with her performance.
