When Tejaswini and Shailesh are in a restaurant, waiting for Rashmi, Shashi calls her and Shailesh answers the call. When Shashi tells Nirmal Shastri about this he doesn’t miss the opportunity to point a finger at Tejaswini’s character and implants seed of hatred in Shashi’s heart.

Mohini tells Vijay about Sharda’s apprehension for Hitesh being wed to Namrata after listening to Narmada. Vijay gets angry and tells Mohini to inform Sharda to cancel the marriage with Hitesh. When Ramkumar comes to know about the fight between Randhir and Vijay he calls them both and tells that he shall divide the business after Hitesh’s wedding. Vijay and Randhir talk to each other where Randhir apologises to Vijay. Shakuntala tries to console Ramkumar to withdraw his decision to divide the business but Ramkumar adamant on the same.

Somu is happy to meet his father. Saket comes to meet Himani at the hospital. They both go to the disco and then to a lonely place where Saket tries to get fresh with her. Himani leaves in a huff.

Seeing this Aashish in his rage trips Laddoo and his glasses shatter. Aashish is pleased that his message has gotten across to Laddoo, but Diana’s sympathy flows for Laddoo. Kala tells Laddoo that if he wants to get close to Diana he must go through a visible change over starting with new stylish spectacles, he also promises Laddoo that tomorrow there would be no Aashish to trouble him. Buoyed by this Laddoo goes home and puts forth his desire for new spectacles but DP refuses. Laddoo can see Diana going away from him.

There is also an eye witness account of the Moghul court of this period, written by England’s first ambassador to India, Sir Thomas Roe. Roe gives us fascinating details of the emperor’s private parties and of how the empire was effectively being run from within the harem by one of Jahangir’s wives, Nur Jahan.

Five-year-old Skylar Westall was visiting a friends’ ranch in Hemet, California with her mother. In the late afternoon, Skylar set out on a walk with her new puppy and the Harm’s great dane, Xena. In typical five-year-old fashion, Skylar wandered along with the dogs until it was getting dark. By then, she was very lost. Wearing only a thin sundress in the mountains where nighttime temperatures dip into the 40’s, Skylar was forced to spend the night in the outdoors. A search was launched but she was not found that night. Even though hypothermia was a great threat, Xena stayed very close to Skylar all night and kept her warm. The dog is attributed to keeping Skylar safe and warm all night, and the trio were found walking down the road the next morning.

Canadian astronaut Julie Payette helps to explain how she and the other Space Shuttle crew members worked against the cold in their mission to repair the international space station and how they also enlisted the use of super cold to make the mission possible, through the use of cryogenic fuels and devices to protect them from the fiery-hot temperatures of solar radiation and reentry into the atmosphere.
