Venus releases Abhijeet’s Tapori No.1

It’s the season of No.1s. With more than a handful of films with that appellation already in the pipeline, Venus Records & Tapes has just released Tapori No.1, a pop album containing seven songs by Abhijeet. Lyrics are by Bhairav Arun, and music is by Vaishnav Devaa.

It had to happen sooner than later. Arthur Hailey’s ‘70s classic Hotel was too good a book to resist being adapted for the small screen. Finally, Ashok Shekhar has taken it on himself to produce the Hindi adaptation of the series for telecast on an as-yet-unspecified channel.
