Shakti Singh beats up Shinde to find out who hired him to kill Sooraj. Rohit comes and bails Shinde out. Onkar Malhotra tells Mangla to restrain her son Shakti Singh. When Shakti Singh visits Sooraj, Tejaswini and her family come to know of the nearly fatal attack made on him.

Indra’s daughter Jayanti arrives there and posing as Shukracharya disciple manages to put red chilli powder in the dry leaves burning underneath Shukracharya. The pungent smell of the burning red chillies chokes Shukracharya and his eyes, nose and ears start bleeding. Jayanti is unable to see him suffering thus. She confesses her guilt and requests Kalketu and Harshal to put out the fire but Shukracharya forbids them to do so. Lord Shiva is angry about the development and Jayanti relents. Cosmic Lord Vishnu foresees a calamity for Devtas in the event of Shukracharya completing his penance. Shiva stops Shukracharya from continuing his penance and grants him the ‘Sanjeevini Mantra’. To pay for her sin Jayanti offers to serve Shukracharya all her life. Shukracharya accepts her as his wife...
Shukracharya orders Danavas to invade Indraloke. Jayanti spells out the futility of war but to no avail.

Dipti hands over to Anand his divorce papers. Krishna receives a wedding card from Vishwas. He later calls her and she informs him of her coming to Delhi. He says he has to talk to her. Krishna is about to leave when Anand arrives.
