Musical bonanza on B4U Music channel

B4U Music, the music channel launched in India on May 6, 2000, has come up with eight new foot-tapping musical programmes, which began telecast on February 25. The new programmes will also have a lot of information for film students, filmmakers and film enthusiasts. Some of them are listed below:

B4U mm provides a platform to all those talented, creative and daringly independent filmmakers, who dare to dream differently and unconventionally. No matter what genre or language the movies are in, whether they are documentaries, fiction, 30-seconders or full length feature films - if they’ve been shot, they will be aired on the channel.

Making Movies will have industry experts throwing light upon every aspect of movie-making - right from directing to acting, cinematography to creating musical scores, costume designing to publicity designing.

Chura Liya highlights the Hindi songs which have been copied or inspired from Western scores.

Bizarre is a show that puts some extremely, bizarrely talented people in the limelight - people who have dared to venture into unconventional careers - like whistling their way to success, talking to crows, eating glass... the list goes on...

B4U FIR has scenes from movies which are linked to form a new witty spoof altogether.

MAAF PJ has participants going to any lengths to get what they want, and giving you a good laugh.

The End brings forth new and improved remakes of the common Bollywood cliches.

Sound of Music is a treat for music lovers, covering everything, from bhangra to ballads, ghazals to Rajasthani folk music.
