Dil Ki Chori
nMohan Movies’ dubbed venture Dil Ki Chori was issued a ‘U’ certificate by Central Board of Film Certification in Chennai. Dil Ki Chori (dubbed) has been slated to be released on 23rd March, all over. The movie stars: Sonali Bendre, Arjun and Pravin Bali (Son of Vyjayanti Mala) in the romantic lead role. Other credits are: Banner Mohan Movies, producer by Raj Kukreja, director by Prabhu and music by Devaa.
Suresh G. Presentation Movie

Apna Banake Dekho
The entire dubbing work of Mohan Movies’ Apna Banake Dekho, (dubbed) was completed on December 28 in Mumbai. Starring Prabhudeva and Kirti Reddy, the film is produced by Raj Kukreja and directed by K Subhash. Music is by Devaa. It is a Suresh G Seth presentation.

Dafan

Ishwar Films’Dafan was censored on February 28 in Mumbai and was granted ‘A’ certificate. It is slated for releases on March 16. Meanwhile the first final print came out on February 26 from Rauko Lab., Mumbai. Being edited- produced and directed by Jitendra Chawda, the film stars Mohan Joshi, Raza Murad, Shiva, Prithvi, Gurubachhan Singh, Deepak Shirke, Anil Nagrath, Amit Pachori, Satnam Kaur and Poonamdas Gupta. Music by Sawan Kumar Sawan, action by Riyaz Sultan, sound by Shafique and art by Anjani Tiwari are the other credits.


DUBBING


Heroine No. 1

The dubbing of Sonam Pictures’ maiden venture Heroine No. 1 was completed on March 3 at Sneha Recording Studios, Goregaon (West). The film being jointly produced by Siraj Ahmed and NK Gupta and written and directed by Ravi Sinha, has music by Babu Kishan, choreography by Shanker Vyas and cinematography by Manish-Jahagir. It stars Neeraj Bhardwaj, Sapna, Anjali Kolhapure, Raza Murad, Anil Nagrath, Divesh, Aftab and Siraj Khan.

Pyar Ka Pahla Kadam

Producer Kumar Chandan has announced his Hindi feature film Pyar Ka Pahla Kadam with song recording and music director Bharat Sen recorded three songs on February 5 at Paramount Studio, Mumbai in the voice of Udit Narayan, Alka Yagnik, Vinod Rathod, Sapan Kumar and Shital. The lyrics were penned by Shyam Anuragi, Raja Chaudhari and Reshmi. To be made under the banner of Swati Arts, the film is directed by VK and written by RS Pandit, and has cinematography by Masood Qureshi. The film will go on the floors on March 16. In the meanwhile main starcast and other credits are being finalised. Raghunath Parab is the co-producer.

Producer KK Pandey and writer-director Rajiv R. Sahay have signed Anu Kashyap to play the female lead in Sai Sambhav Films’ Neela Chand (The Blue Moon). Music is by Goutam.


TRILINGUAL

Sanghaat
A long shooting schedule of the tri-lingual feature film Sanghaat was completed at various locales of Kolkata. This film is being made in Bengali first and Hindi. It will later be dubbed in Oriya. It has a starcast from the Bollywood and Bengal film industry. Being made under the banner of Denim Shiva, it stars well-known Bengali actors and actresses like Rituparna, Prasenjit, Charanjeet, Shree Lubaand and Momita with Aushim Khetrapal in a double role. Being directed by Anup Dutta for producer Sanjay Rai, it has music by Bappi Lahiri. The Hindi version will be shot mostly in Delhi and Mumbai. The songs will be picturised in Gangtok and hills of Uttar Pradesh. There are plans to release the film in May-June.

Zindagi Khoobsoorat Hai
The second schedule of Zindagi Khoobsoorat Hai, which was held from February 16 at various locales of Mumbai and Thane was completed successfully. Many song sequences and some important emotional scenes were shot on Tabu in this schedule. Being produced by Manjeet Maan and directed by Manoj Punj, the film is written by Suraj Sanim, and has music by Anand Raaj Anand, cinematography by Yogesh Jaani, art by Jayant Deshmukh and editing by Omkar Bhakhri. The film also stars Gurudas Maan, Ashish Vidhyarthi, Divya Dutta, Rajit Kapur, Baby Chandini Pandit and Sonu Sood in important roles.

Mitter Pyare Nu Haal Muridan Da Kehna
Three songs of United Entertainment Group’s maiden Punjabi venture Mitter Pyare Nu Haal Muridan Da Kehna were recorded at Sahara Recording Studio on February 24 and March 1. Penned by Ratan Aulakh and Shabab Alawalpuri, the songs were set to tune by Dilip Harikishen and rendered by Sukhwinder, Dilraj Kaur and Richa Sharma. Being produced by Avtar Singh and Bakhshish S Bahia, the film is written and directed by Ratan Aulakh. It stars Dara Singh, Rama Vij, Vindoo Singh, Sheeba, Rajeshwari Sachdev, Daman S Maan, Seema Siddhu, Deep Dhillon, Avtar Gill, Rana Jung Bahadur, Mahendra Shera, Gopi Bhalla, Adarsh Gautam, Yash Sharma with Mahendra Sandhu and Mukesh Rishi and newfind Baljeet Singh.

Maai Ke Dulaar

The first print of Shreshth Movie’s maiden Bhojpuri venture Maai Ke Dulaar was out from Adlabs on February 24. Being produced by Deep Shreshth and directed by Sunil Sinha, it has story by Navin, music by Dheeraj Kumar, lyrics by Virendra Pandey, Dr Shanti Jain, Sunil Chaaila Bihari and Uday Srivastava, editing by Kuku and Coockoo and choreography by Kaanu Mukherjee. It stars Kunal, Somashree, Deep Shreshth, Srilekha, Ratan Sinha, Sarwar, Vinod Tripathi, Brij Kishore, Veena Roy, Gopal Rai, Ravi Shanker, Sunil Chhaila Bihari and Uday Srivastava.
