HAMARA DIL AAP KE PAAS HAI

THERE'S NO POWER LIKE THE POWER OF LOVE

A team of some of the talented men and women who are interested in the best that films can give man come together to take a new look at love, a feeling that has been looked into by all kinds of human beings, a feeling man has never been able to understand easily and therefore been a feeling that is a mystery, one of the most beautiful, loving mysteries man has tried his best to resolve, a mystery he has failed to find answers to. The depths of love mystery man has miserably failed to make sense of and has forced him to wonder why he has been able to solving all kinds of mysteries but this mystery called love which man, in sheer desperation has given the name LOVE. And if there is one group of talented men and women, sensitive men and women, sincere men and women who have tried their best to understand love, to know love, it is a group of filmmakers. This time it is the turn of the ambitious adventurer, Boney Kapoor, and his group who try their best to unravel the mystery of love and all that love means, feels. Will they succeed where so many have failed? That is what Boney Kapoor’s Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai is all about.
___________________________________________

Some of the most lovable, moving and emotional stories are very simple. And so is Boney Kapoor’s Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai. Like all great love stories, it is the story of how love overcomes every other feeling, every other power, every other power that rules or tries to rule the world, love - a power that overcomes every obstacle thrown in its path by conventions, controversies, communication gaps, complexities, contradictions and cant which make the world an ugly place to live in.

___________________________________________

The complex story starts like any other normal story. There is Avinash (Anil Kapoor), Priti (Aishwarya Rai) and two children. The problem is that neither are Avinash and Priti husband and wife and nor are the two children, Rahul and Pinky their children.
___________________________________________

Avinash and Priti are scorned by society, humiliated by their surroundings, but they don’t mind. They continue living the kind of life they are forced to live.
___________________________________________

Priti’s care for this ‘rare family’ and her dignity are power enough for Avinash to fall in love with Priti. Avinash finally asks Priti to marry him. He is shocked when she turns down his love. She is haunted by her past, by her being saved by Avinash from the shackles of shame and abandonment. Her past plays havoc with her. She sincerely believes that she is not worthy to be his wife. He misunderstands.
___________________________________________

Enter Khushi (Sonali Bendre). She is Avinash’s childhood friend. Their friendship stays intact. Priti misunderstands their relationship without having any overwhelming reason to.
___________________________________________

A strange design of feelings is formed. Avinash accepts Priti’s rejection and yet loves her. Priti loves Avinash and yet rejects him. Khushi loves Avinash and yet accepts Priti.

The last time Anil Kapoor and Satish Kaushik, the director came together and made Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain which was a hit. They come together again in Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai. It’s a test for two friends who are also thorough talent professionals.
___________________________________________

Team work makes a team work like no other team, producer Boney Kapoor says. And a fascinating team is what Boney has got, a team which has gone all out to make a film that is aimed at tugging the strings of the heart, soothes the soul, heals the heart.
___________________________________________

Satish Kaushik is a multifaceted talent, an actor who turned a director and a talented director at that. He has worked as an actor in any number of films. He worked as an associate to Shekhar Kapur too. Boney gave him two big breaks in Prem and Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja, good, not so good but great efforts. He is also a writer and a TV star who says Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai in his greatest test.
The adventurous, ambitious Boney Kapoor, the producer who loves taking risks, playing with challenges and adventures is the man behind the film - easily, one of the most-talked about producers in the world of Hindi films. He believes in making films both to appeal to the heart and the mind and he succeeds most of the times.
___________________________________________

Boney has also gone in for one of the best cinematographers to make his film a complete entertainer, Kabir Lal, a star-cinematographer in the South who has made a place for himself in films like Pardes, Taal and Kaho Naa... Pyar Hai, is the man Boney has put his trust into for the first time.
He has also given major breaks to music directors Sanjeev-Darshan and according to him his one big star who will make a big difference to his film is Javed Akhtar, the man who has always played a very crucial part in the making of most of Boney’s films. Truly, a film made with men and women whose hearts are full of all the best feelings in life, a film to fill the hearts with all that the heart needs, to live, to love.
